Scott Stuart, Esq. is the Chief Executive Officer of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), a global nonprofit with nearly 10,000 members across 50+ chapters worldwide. With over 30 years of experience in restructuring, litigation, and distressed investing, Scott is a recognized leader in corporate renewal and business transformation.

Before joining TMA, Scott held senior roles in law, business development, and tech innovation—including leading the corporate restructuring group at Rivkin Radler LLP, serving as EVP and General Counsel at TruFoods Systems, and co-founding Esquify, an AI-driven workforce management platform. He began his career with the U.S. Department of Justice, working in the Office of the United States Trustee.
