Clint Carnell is a visionary leader and serial entrepreneur with a distinguished career in consumer healthcare, marked by his expertise in founding, leading, and taking public multiple successful companies. With five successful exits to his name, Clint has made significant contributions to the industry through innovation and strategic growth.
Currently, Clint serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Inbrace, a cutting-edge company specializing in behind-the-teeth straightening solutions that are transforming orthodontics. In addition, he is the founder of Greyspace Holdings, a boutique advisory firm, which is known for its work with Glo2Facial by Geneo in partnership with Lumenis.
Clint's recent achievements include leading BeautyHealth and its flagship brand, HydraFacial (Nasdaq: SKIN), from a $175 million acquisition in 2016 to a public company with a market capitalization of $4.5 billion. Under his leadership, HydraFacial's revenues grew fivefold over five years. He is also the Founder and Board Member of OrangeTwist, a prominent health and wellness lifestyle brand with 15 locations across the U.S., offering medical aesthetic services under private equity ownership.
Previously, Clint served as the Chief Operating Officer of Solta Medical from 2005 to 2011, where he played a crucial role in taking the company public in 2006 and developing global brands such as Thermage, Fraxel, and Clear + Brilliant. In the early 2000s, Clint founded and sold Charleston Renal Care to DaVita and led Bausch & Lomb’s U.S. Surgical business from 2000 to 2005, contributing to the development of LASIK technology.
Clint is a graduate of Duke University, where he was an All-ACC soccer standout and a member of the U.S. Olympic Soccer Qualifying Team. His leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and contributions to consumer healthcare continue to drive innovation and success across the industry.
