Acacia Walker-Weinstein is entering her 12th season as head coach of the Boston College women’s lacrosse team in 2024. Since taking the helm in 2012, she has transformed the program into a national powerhouse, guiding the Eagles to six consecutive Final Fours, five national championship game appearances, and their first-ever NCAA title in 2021. Under her leadership, Boston College has claimed multiple ACC titles, produced three Tewaaraton Award winners, and developed over 30 All-Americans.

As a player and coach, Walker has participated in 19 of the last 20 NCAA Tournaments. She was part of Northwestern’s three consecutive national championships as an assistant coach from 2006–08 and won a gold medal with the U.S. Women’s National Team at the 2009 World Cup. A standout player at the University of Maryland, Walker was a two-time All-American, team captain, and Tewaaraton Award finalist.

Walker continues to shape the future of lacrosse with her unparalleled coaching achievements, earning two IWLCA National Coach of the Year honors and mentoring some of the sport’s brightest stars. Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, she now resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
